Scales - What do they really measure?
What do the following all have in common - Alcoholics Anonymous, Drug Rehabilitation, Quit Smoking campaigns, Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig - they all offer support and advice whilst giving up on an addiction.
Jumping on the scales more than twice a month is an addiction! Lets hear what you have to say on the subject…
